- For text on a white or black background, in-range chroma reconstruction
works the best (pretty much the same as the original).
- Proportion method generally looks better in many situations (not shown),
but has a higher peak error than the other two methods. This can be seen as
the 'hotspots' in the dim test pattern.
- The proportion method is faster.
